What membership does not include
Membership does not include private Fractional Chief AI Officer leadership, a custom build, a company-wide governance assessment, or unlimited one-to-one support. Those needs belong in a separate scope.
If that is the responsibility your business already needs, you can go directly to that conversation. Joining this community is not a prerequisite.

Hi there. I am Jennifer Bennett. Call me Jen. I founded Get Desky not from a flash of inspiration, but from a moment of reckoning. After years of building what looked like success from the outside, I realized I'd become a prisoner in my own creation.
The systems I'd built to help thousands of entrepreneurs were suffocating me. I was generating millions of leads, managing hundreds of people, hitting every metric—and slowly losing myself in the machinery of achievement. Success, I learned, can be its own kind of trap.
This is my mom, Darlene. My co-founder and my compass. She watched me climb higher and higher until I nearly forgot how to breathe. When I was ready to listen, she reminded me of something essential: the strongest structures support life, they don't consume it.
That's what we built here—a room where the weight gets shared, where brilliant minds can admit their blind spots, where leadership means knowing when to lean on others instead of always being the one others lean on.

FAQs
Is this another course we'll never finish?
No. The Inner Circle is execution-first, not content-first. One live 60-minute lab per month, async asset reviews, and a Resource Vault you pull from when you need it — not a curriculum that piles up unread.
We're already in too many communities. Why this one?
Most communities are noise. This one is small, protected, and structured around moving real work forward — not chatting about it. If you're burned out on Facebook groups and Slack channels you never open, that's the point.
We're busy but not productive. What actually changes inside the Inner Circle?
You stop spinning. Each lab forces you to bring one real piece of work — an offer, a workflow, a process, a messaging draft — and leave with it sharper. Between sessions the room holds you accountable to ship it.
We're not ready to invest $5K–$8K. Is this a stepping stone?
Yes — by design. The Inner Circle is built for founders who feel the pain but aren't ready for a flagship engagement. Many members move up to the Assessment or Sprint when the timing is right. No pressure to do so.
Do we need to know AI already?
No. Plenty of members are just starting. The expert bench covers AI, ops, branding, podcasting, wellness, and strategy — you learn from the people solving the same problems one step ahead of you.
What if we miss the monthly lab?
Replays go in Skool. You can also post your work async and get reviews from peers and the expert bench between sessions.
Cancel anytime — what's the catch?
There isn't one. Membership is month-to-month and you can cancel from inside Skool. We want members who want to be in the room.
