General

Who do you actually work with?

Founder-led companies — solopreneurs through 8-figure operators — who are tired of being the bottleneck and ready to install systems and AI-supported workflows that run without them. If you're a tire-kicker shopping for the cheapest tool, we're not your people.

How do we know which offer is right for us?

Start with the free Workflow Bottleneck Audit. Three minutes, and you'll know whether the right next step is the Inner Circle ($97/mo), an Assessment, an Agent Build, the 90-Day Sprint, or the Fractional Chief AI Officer. If you'd rather just talk it through, get in touch.

Do you do this with us, or just hand us a plan?

We embed and build alongside you. Even the Assessment ends with a written 90-day plan you own. The Sprint, Agent Build, Build Day, and FCAIO engagement all include hands-on implementation — not slides.

Are we going to be sold something on every call?

No. We'd rather lose the deal than upsell you into the wrong engagement. If the answer is "fix this process first," or "hire a person, not an agent," that's what we'll say.

What tools do you build on?

Whatever you already use. We integrate with GHL, Make, Zapier, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, OpenAI, Anthropic, and most major CRMs. If your stack is messy or niche, that's part of the scoping conversation.

How fast can we get started?

The Inner Circle is instant. The Assessment is usually within 1–2 weeks. Agent Builds ship in 2–4 weeks. The Sprint opens in 90-day cohorts. The FCAIO onboarding takes about a week.

AI Systems Assessment & Roadmap

View offer →
We know AI could help but we don't know where. Is this for us?

That's exactly who this is built for. Most founders we meet at this stage already know they're the bottleneck and already know AI is part of the answer — they just don't trust themselves to pick the right starting point. The Assessment is the diagnostic and the plan.

We've already watched the videos and tried the tools. What's different here?

You're not getting more information. You're getting a focused 1:1 working session where we look at your actual workflows, your actual team, and your actual stack — and walk away with a written 90-day plan that says exactly where to start and what to ignore.

What if our real bottleneck isn't AI at all?

Then we'll tell you. Sometimes the answer is a hire, an SOP, or fixing a process before automating anything. The Assessment is honest about that — the worst outcome would be building AI on top of a broken workflow.

What if we don't end up needing a Sprint or Build after?

Then you saved yourself five figures. The roadmap is a deliverable you own — you can hand it to your team, an internal ops lead, or another implementer. We'd rather be honest than upsell you into the wrong engagement.

What do we walk away with?

A workflow assessment, a shortlist of 3–5 high-leverage AI use cases, and a written 90-day roadmap split into Do Now, Do Later, and Ignore. Plus a clear next-step recommendation.

How much of our team's time does this take?

One 90-minute working session with the founder (and optionally a key operator). A short pre-call intake. Total founder time: roughly two hours.

How is this different from a free discovery call?

A discovery call qualifies fit. The Assessment delivers a written, prioritized plan you can execute against — with or without us. It's a real deliverable, not a sales conversation.

90-Day Human-Driven AI Integration Sprint

View offer →
We're successful, but it feels harder than it should. Is the Sprint the right move?

Yes — that exact gap is what the Sprint is built for. Revenue is strong, the team is growing, and the founder is still the bottleneck on too many decisions. In 90 days we install the systems and AI-supported workflows that let the business run without you in the middle of every loop.

Is this another consultant who hands us a deck and disappears?

No. We embed a small implementation pod — a Fractional AI Officer plus operators — directly into your workflows. We design, build, document, and run them with your team until they own it. You get installed systems, not slides.

We've already tried AI tools and nothing stuck. Why is this different?

Because we don't start with tools — we start with the workflows you already run. AI is layered into the work your team already does, with SOPs, scorecards, and clear ownership so the new way of working survives after we step out.

I'm already carrying too much. How much of my time will this take?

Kickoff, bi-weekly check-ins, and a Day 90 review. Roughly 2–3 hours every two weeks from the founder. The pod runs the build. The whole point is to give you back time, not take more of it.

What happens at Day 91? Are we dependent on you forever?

You own everything — workflows, prompts, templates, SOPs, automations, scorecards. Your team is trained to run it. If you want a leader to own the full AI function from here, the Fractional Chief AI Officer is there. If you want to take it from here, you can.

How is this different from the Assessment or the FCAIO?

The Assessment is the strategic plan. The Sprint is the 90-day build that installs the plan. The Fractional Chief AI Officer is a leadership role — Jennifer joins your team to own the AI function across multiple builds, training, and ongoing accountability.

What does it cost and what sets the final number?

Starting at $5,000. The final investment is scoped to the number of workflows, the complexity of your tools, and the size of your team. We lock the number in writing before anything is signed.

What do we walk away with?

1–3 live AI-supported workflows running inside your tools, SOPs your staff can actually run, installed prompts and templates, before-and-after metrics, operator scorecards, hire/no-hire guidance, and a clean handoff to your team.

Fractional Chief AI Officer

View offer →
How is this different from the 90-Day Sprint?

The Sprint is a defined 90-day build of 1–3 AI-supported workflows with a structured pod. The FCAIO is leadership integration: Jennifer joins your team as the Chief AI Officer, owns the full AI function across strategy, multiple builds, team training, and ongoing accountability. Choose the Sprint for a fixed scope. Choose the FCAIO when you need a leader to own it.

What does "own the AI function" actually mean?

It means Jennifer operates with the authority and accountability of a C-suite leader. She scopes the strategy, prioritizes the roadmap, designs and builds the systems, integrates them into your workflows, trains your team, and reports on progress to leadership. She is not a consultant who hands you recommendations. She is the person responsible for making AI work inside your business.

How long does the engagement typically last?

Most FCAIO engagements run 3–6 months. The first month is discovery and strategy, months 2–4 are build and integration, and months 5–6 are training, tuning, and transition. Some clients extend if they want continued strategic oversight. The goal is always to build a self-sustaining AI function that your team owns.

Will my team actually use what gets built?

Adoption is built into the process, not bolted on at the end. We co-create with the people who will run the systems, write documentation in their language, and train them hands-on. If your team has zero buy-in, we'll flag that in discovery — we'd rather not engage than build something that sits unused.

What happens when the engagement ends?

You own everything — workflows, prompts, automations, SOPs, and runbooks. Your team is trained to operate it. Jennifer steps back when the function is self-sustaining. Some clients extend month-to-month for continued strategic oversight; most graduate cleanly with the team running it.

How is this different from the 90-Day Sprint?

The Sprint installs 1–3 AI-supported workflows in 90 days with a structured pod. The FCAIO is a leadership role that spans strategy, multiple builds, team training, and ongoing accountability. Choose the Sprint for a defined scope and timeline. Choose the FCAIO when you need a leader to own the full AI function.

Do we need to have AI experience already?

No. What you need is a clear business problem that AI can solve, a team willing to learn, and a founder ready to give the AI function real authority inside the company. Jennifer brings the technical and strategic expertise. You bring the business context and the commitment.

How do we know if we're ready for an FCAIO?

If you've outgrown the "try a tool, hope it sticks" phase and need someone to treat AI as a core function — not a side project — you're ready. The discovery call is designed to assess fit on both sides. If the timing isn't right, we'll tell you and point you at the right next step.

AI Agent Build

View offer →
We don't want to hire another employee for this. Can an agent really replace that?

For a defined, repeatable workflow — yes, that's exactly the trade. The agents we build handle the work a part-time hire would do (intake, triage, qualification, drafting, support, recap) without the salary, the management overhead, or the turnover risk. You get leverage without growing headcount.

We keep answering the same questions over and over. Is that the kind of thing you build for?

It's one of the most common builds we ship — support triage, lead qualification, onboarding, and FAQ agents that handle the repetitive layer so your team stops being the bottleneck. If you can describe the pattern, we can build the agent.

We've tried ChatGPT and Zapier ourselves. What does $5K+ actually buy us?

A production-grade build, not a prototype. That means: scoping the real workflow with your team, integrating with your actual stack, writing the prompts and guardrails, building the runbooks, training the people who'll run it, and 30 days of post-launch tuning. The DIY version usually breaks the moment edge cases hit. This one doesn't.

What does "starting at $5,000" actually mean? What sets the final price?

$5,000 is the floor for a single-workflow agent with standard tool integration. Complexity moves the number — multiple workflows, custom data pipelines, niche integrations, or unusual stacks. We lock the final number in writing on the discovery call before anything is signed.

How long until it ships, and what does our team have to do?

Most builds ship in 2–4 weeks. Your team commits to a 60-minute kickoff, a working session or two during the build, and a UAT pass before launch. The build itself is on us.

What if our team won't actually use it?

Adoption is built into the process. We co-create with the people who will run the agent, write the runbooks in their language, do a QA pass alongside them, and back it with 30 days of post-launch support. If your team has zero buy-in, we'll flag that on the discovery call — we'd rather not ship than ship something that gets shelved.

How is this different from the 90-Day Sprint?

The Sprint installs 1–3 AI-supported workflows across the business over 90 days — a system-level overhaul. The Agent Build is one workflow, one agent, shipped in 2–4 weeks. Pick the Agent Build if you have a single painful bottleneck and want it solved fast.

AI Build Day Intensive

View offer →
We're slammed. Why give up a full day in person?

Because the day you spend here buys back weeks. You walk out with one working AI build that removes a real bottleneck from your business — not a notebook of ideas you'll never implement. Most attendees recover the day's time inside the first two weeks.

We're not technical. Will we actually build something?

Yes. Build Day is designed for founders, not engineers. You're guided through the build step by step with hot-seat help from the room. If you can use email and a browser, you'll leave with a working system.

What if we don't know which workflow to bring?

We pick the problem we solve as a group based on the cohort theme. You don't need to bring one. If you do have a specific bottleneck, share it at pre-Build Day intake and we'll let you know if it fits.

Why only 10 seats?

Because Build Day is a build, not a webinar. Past 10 founders, hot-seat help disappears and ship quality drops. Ten is the line where everyone leaves with a working system.

How is this different from the 90-Day Sprint or an Agent Build?

Build Day is one workflow, one day, alongside other founders — fast, group-priced, hands-on. The Agent Build is a custom 2–4 week build we do FOR your business. The 90-Day Sprint installs 1–3 AI workflows across your business over a full quarter. Pick Build Day if you want to learn by building alongside peers.

Is this in-person or virtual?

In-person only. The energy of 10 founders building in one room is the whole point — and it doesn't translate to Zoom. Dates and locations are announced as cohorts open.

When is the next Build Day?

Build Days are announced as cohorts open. Join the waitlist and you'll get the date, location, and cohort theme before public seats are released.

Work Smarter — Savvy Entrepreneurs Inner Circle

View offer →
Is this another course we'll never finish?

No. The Inner Circle is execution-first, not content-first. One live 60-minute lab per month, async asset reviews, and a Resource Vault you pull from when you need it — not a curriculum that piles up unread.

We're already in too many communities. Why this one?

Most communities are noise. This one is small, protected, and structured around moving real work forward — not chatting about it. If you're burned out on Facebook groups and Slack channels you never open, that's the point.

We're busy but not productive. What actually changes inside the Inner Circle?

You stop spinning. Each lab forces you to bring one real piece of work — an offer, a workflow, a process, a messaging draft — and leave with it sharper. Between sessions the room holds you accountable to ship it.

We're not ready to invest $5K–$8K. Is this a stepping stone?

Yes — by design. The Inner Circle is built for founders who feel the pain but aren't ready for a flagship engagement. Many members move up to the Assessment or Sprint when the timing is right. No pressure to do so.

Do we need to know AI already?

No. Plenty of members are just starting. The expert bench covers AI, ops, branding, podcasting, wellness, and strategy — you learn from the people solving the same problems one step ahead of you.

What if we miss the monthly lab?

Replays go in Skool. You can also post your work async and get reviews from peers and the expert bench between sessions.

Cancel anytime — what's the catch?

There isn't one. $97 per month, cancel from inside Skool, keep your free community access either way. We want members who want to be in the room.

What's included?
  • Monthly live Inner Circle Lab — first Tuesday, 2:00 pm CST, 60 minutes, execution-first
  • Leadership Labs on offers, pricing, retention, and team rhythms
  • Asset reviews: messaging, workflows, automations, delivery mechanics
  • Protected Skool community for async reviews and accountability
  • Resource Vault with adaptable starters, prompts, and templates
  • Optional Lead With Service pathway — mentor hours or sponsor internships
