The value is not leaving with another experiment nobody owns. It is understanding the work, the system, and the decisions that keep it useful.

Every project is reviewed for feasibility, security, complexity, and fit before it is accepted.

A good use case starts small enough to test

Examples include a research assistant, an internal knowledge workflow, a content-planning process, a repeatable intake task, or a decision-support tool. These are possibilities, not a promise that every example will fit your access, information, or integration constraints.

A four-hour, in-person working session in College Station, Texas. Each participant brings one appropriately scoped use case and takes part in the work. I help keep the focus on what can be responsibly designed, tested, and used.

Your Lab includes a readiness and problem-definition questionnaire, help narrowing the use case, guided implementation, testing and refinement, and a practical plan for continued use. I help you make the decisions rather than hide them inside a black box.

All projects require approval before purchase. The $2,500 price covers one approved, clearly defined solution within the standard project scope. The deposit is charged today when you complete checkout. It is part of the full $750 fee, not a discount, and is refunded in full if your application is not accepted.

Cancellation, transfer and refund terms (summary, pending legal review): Cancel before the 7-day cutoff for a full refund. After the cutoff there is no standard refund; you may transfer once to another cohort within 12 months with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to fit and availability. If Get Desky cancels or reschedules to a date that does not suit you, you receive a full refund or a transfer offer. Rejected applicants receive a full deposit refund. Binding terms are confirmed in writing and remain subject to legal review.

Questions, Answered

Will I leave with a finished solution?
The goal is to build, test, and begin implementing a usable solution within the approved scope. Completion depends on preparation, complexity, access, integrations, and decisions made during the session.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, the cohort is priced per participant and capped at 10 people. Larger groups can discuss a private team Lab.
Are software subscriptions included?
Third-party subscriptions, hosting, API usage, and other external costs are separate unless expressly included in the written scope.
Is ongoing support included?
The Lab covers the stated session and preparation scope. Continued implementation, maintenance, or leadership is a separate conversation.
Does this establish our company’s AI governance?
No. The Lab demonstrates responsible practice around a defined use case; broader standards and executive ownership belong in the assessment or leadership engagement.
