Flagship Implementation Offer

90-Day Human-Driven AI Integration Sprint

We design and install human-driven, AI-supported workflows in your existing systems in 90 days so your team can run them without us after the sprint.

This is for companies that want real AI leverage inside the business without black-box dependency, tool chaos, or workflows their team cannot actually run once the engagement ends.

What Your Company Actually Has at Day 90

By the end of the sprint, you do not just have ideas, prompts, or a deck. You have working workflows, documentation your staff can follow, and a handoff your team can operate without us.

In production

1–3 AI-supported workflows running in your business

  • Content production flows, from raw inputs to ready-to-publish drafts
  • CRM and data hygiene flows, from messy records to standardized, usable data
  • Research and prep flows, from questions to structured briefs
Staff-ready

SOPs your current team can actually run

  • Step-by-step instructions for humans
  • Clear guidance on where and how AI is used
  • What to check before approving or moving work forward
Configured

Prompts, templates, and automations installed

  • Saved prompts and templates for your AI tools
  • Light automations or integrations needed to move data between systems
  • Built for your existing operating environment, not a demo stack
Measured

Baseline metrics and simple monitoring

  • Before-and-after metrics for each workflow
  • A simple way to monitor whether the system is working
  • Documentation and assets retained whether or not you continue with us
Optional

A hire-ready AI ops bench

If you want future hiring options, you can also receive four operators who have already run these workflows in your environment, along with scorecards and clear hire/no-hire recommendations.

No more black-box workflows your team cannot own.

  • Install real workflows, not experiments
  • Keep humans in judgment and approvals
  • Make handoff possible without dependency

The Team You Get

This is not one advisor checking in from the sidelines. For each sprint, you get a small implementation team focused on building, running, improving, and documenting the workflows inside your real operating environment.

AI Ops Pod

4 human operators

  • 20 hours per week each
  • 80 hours per week total focused on building and running your workflows
  • Hands-on execution inside the actual sprint, not theoretical support
Leadership Layer

Up to 15 hours per week of a Fractional AI Officer

  • Leads the design and improvement of AI-supported workflows with your team
  • Sets standards, guardrails, approval rules, and quality expectations
  • Supervises the ops pod and interfaces with your leadership team

This gives you the impact of a small internal AI implementation team without adding permanent headcount.

How the 90 Days Run

The sprint is built to stay light on your calendar while still producing live workflows, measured results, and a clean handoff.

Phase 1 — Days 1–30

Observe & Decide

Goal: Choose the few workflows where AI will make the biggest difference and define what done means.

We
  • Review your current tools and workflows in 1–2 areas
  • Observe how work really happens today
  • Select 1–3 specific workflows to redesign with human-driven AI
  • Define 90-day targets in plain numbers
You
  • Provide system access and a single point of contact
  • Approve the shortlist of workflows and success criteria
This phase is light on your calendar and focused on observation, clarity, and scope.
Phase 2 — Days 31–60

Build, Test, and Run

Goal: Build the new workflows and prove they work in your real environment while the ops pod runs them.

The AI Ops Pod
  • Builds and runs the new workflows each week
  • Uses AI to draft, summarize, or structure work
  • Applies human review and corrections at defined checkpoints
  • Logs issues, edge cases, and improvement ideas as they go
The Fractional AI Officer + You
  • Leads workflow redesign with your team
  • Clarifies who does what, AI versus human
  • Sets approval rules and quality standards
  • Runs a weekly cadence: plan, build and run, QA, adjust
  • You join short check-ins, typically every two weeks, and approve adjustments
By the end of this phase, your workflows are live, but still under our supervision.
Phase 3 — Days 61–90

Harden, Document, Hand Off

Goal: Make sure the workflows are stable and documented so your team can own them.

We
  • Refine each workflow based on real-world use
  • Adjust prompts, rules, and quality checks
  • Create final SOPs and runbooks
  • Capture before-and-after metrics
  • Evaluate each operator and identify candidates for future hiring if desired
You Receive
  • Active workflows running in your tools
  • Documentation your staff can follow
  • Metrics and a simple monitoring approach
  • Operator scorecards and hire/no-hire guidance
  • A clear decision point: hire from the ops pod, keep us in advisory, or run it internally
The key outcome: the workflows keep running without us.

AI handles acceleration. Humans handle judgment.

The sprint is deliberately built so your business stays in control. AI handles generation, structuring, and speed. Humans handle approvals, judgment, and edge cases.

What this protects

  • Your team stays in control
  • The system is understandable and adjustable
  • You are not dependent on us to keep day-to-day operations moving

Where AI fits

  • Drafting, summarizing, and structuring work
  • Reducing repetitive manual effort
  • Supporting workflows without replacing human ownership
